It’s learning about who the artwork is for and how you want them to feel in the space.

It’s experiencing the room where your art will live, so it can contribute to the energetic conversation.

It’s giving you a glimpse of the creative process, so it’s less mysterious and entirely thrilling.

The art commission process, demystified:

  • Submit the form below with some details about your project. You’ll hear from me within 3-5 business days.

  • If it sounds like a possible fit, we’ll hop on a call to discuss your project and timeline in detail.

  • This is where inspiration strikes! I’ll take measurements and get a feel for your space.

  • You’ll receive a custom proposal outlining the artwork, pricing, and timeline.

  • Within a few weeks or months, you’ll have a truly unique work of art that tells your story.

Your commission questions, answered

  • My availability changes regularly depending on the season, and I only take on a handful of commissions per year. The process of working together can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months. The best way to find out my availability is to inquire below.

  • Maybe! I must be able to visit the space where your artwork will hang, which is why most of my clients are in the Warsaw metropolitan area. Travel fees may apply for those located outside the Warsaw metropolitan area.

  • No matter the state of your space, it’s always helpful to see it in person. You can also send 3D renderings, photos, mockups, or other design plans/inspiration that might be helpful.

  • Pricing varies depending on the size and number of paintings, framing, distance to the site, and my availability. Commissioned artwork is an investment that typically costs somewhat more than buying artwork from my gallery. (You can take a peek here to see how much my original works sell for). After my site visit, you’ll receive a custom proposal that outlines your total investment. A 50% retainer is required to start the project.

  • I’m an abstract artist – you can look at my work here. I work with water-based acrylic paints and mixed media on several surfaces, primarily canvas, paper, and wood. I am not the right artist for you if you’re looking for a portrait or realistic landscape.

  • Fill out the form below with some details about your project. I’ll respond within 3-5 business days to let you know about my availability and schedule a conversation. We’ll arrange a site visit, after which I’ll send you a proposal that includes the timeline, process, vision, and investment.
